1/13/2020 Practice every submission you know from:

Guard: Cross choke, guillotine, sweep, kimura, arm bar
Mount: arm triangle, americana, straight arm bar, kimura, loop choke, punch choke (go to side mount), prompt arm bar with choke
Side: Mouse trap armbar, kimura, paper cutter, knee on belly, mount, choke with own arm?, under head collar choke
Pass guard to armbar

Defending the triangle: stack, pressure, turn to the arm thats trapped.

Rolling felt great. Turned it down a dial and had a lot more control! Felt great. Lot of improvement.
